This is our second large-scale project for IQ Tax Appeals Ltd. At their request, we have completely revamped their property tax reduction software and transformed it in a network marketing application. www.iqtaxappeals.com features powerful software behind the login screen. The application accesses a database of more than 1.2 million public property records, finds comparable properties with lower assessed tax values, and calculates tax savings in seconds. The IQ Tax Appeals is two applications in one. While the first module calculates tax savings, the second module helps managing a large sales team. The latter operates on the premise of network marketing (also known as Multi-Level Marketing, or MLM). The first module is industry specific (property taxation); the second module is universal and can be utilized by virtually any industry.

IQ Tax Appeal public website is our third project for IQ Taxes Processing Inc. Previously we have built applications for their in-house use and this latest project has taken the already successful property tax reduction engine online.
